Heidi Walker Hypnotherapy Training welcomes and invites you a FREE Open Day, face to face, where you will be taught the first days training from the Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
On this one day event, you will get a certificate in completing a very basic Foundation Course in Hypnotherapy.
You will learn the basics of hypnotherapy including applications for hypnosis, the history of hypnosis, famous users of hypnosis, hypnotic pioneers, explanation of hypnosis, definition of hypnosis, who can be hypnotised, who can’t be hypnotised, taboo words, rapport, developing your hypnotic voice, signs of hypnosis, different depths of trance, preparing your client, and then doing some hypnosis, and being hypnotised under supervision.
PLEASE NOTE: This Foundation Certificate is not a qualification of hypnotherapy, you will not have enough knowledge to call yourself a hypnotherapist, it is merely an introduction to hypnotherapy, and towards my full course.
If you decide to train in the full diploma, it is fully accredited by the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register), and GHSC (General Hypnotherapy Standards Council), and requires 120 hours in person training, and 400 hours to be completed when doing coursework at home, practising, reading books, and other tasks related to hypnotherapy and your business.
The full Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, when completed in FULL AND IN PERSON (can be over zoom), also qualifies you to be registered with CNHC (The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). Many hypnotherapy courses are now only online, especially after Covid, and with the expensive rise in costs in renting properties/hotels, many have been forced to go online only.
Here at Heidi Walker Hypnotherapy Training, I have purposely built a log cabin workshop/therapy room, so you can be guaranteed to complete your course “in person” which is what the CNHC requires. Some hypnotherapists have been caught out with this over the past few months, where they were promised “in person” and then were put onto zoom half way through when the school/academy decided to save costs!
Light refreshments will be available throughout the day, but please bring a lunch with you, or there is some local shops where you can purchase food. There will be breaks for drinks and lunch.

This is to prevent people booking the tickets and then not turning up, removing the available slots for genuine people. It’s not something I wanted to do, but I have no choice, and I’m sorry! So it will still be a FREE training day for those that are serious.
